The space is really secure so there’s no risk of them escaping, and both Lindsey & Heidi clearly know how to care for cats — they’ve had their own for years and treat mine with that same love and patience. I love that they send me updates daily and even let me video call them whenever I start missing my fur baby. It makes the whole boarding experience feel so personal and reassuring.
