Our Commitment to Care
Purrfectly Home is run by a caring mother-and-daughter team. We’ll send you little updates about your cat every day, or anytime you’d like. For safety and comfort, our own resident pets are always kept separate from cats staying with us for boarding.
Terms and Conditions

Unneutered cats are accepted
each cat has their own private room for comfort and safety. Cats from different families are never placed together, so there is no contact between guests. This means even unneutered cats can stay with us safely, without risk of interaction or stress from others.

Prefer fully vaccinated cats
For the safety of all cats in our care, we kindly request that owners provide a vaccination card as proof of vaccination when booking. If your cat is not vaccinated, please let us know in advance so we can discuss the best way to accommodate their stay safely and responsibly.

Cats have to be deflead and dewormed
To maintain a clean and healthy environment, all cats staying with us must be deflead and dewormed before boarding. If your cat hasn’t had this done recently, we can provide the service for you at an additional charge.

Bring your toys, snacks and cat litter
Feel free to pack your cat’s favorite toys, food, and litter when they stay with us. Having familiar items from home helps them feel safe, cozy, and right at home in our care.
If your cat has any special conditions or extra needs, please let us know.We’re happy to discuss and make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible.

Cat grooming (RM30)
We will provide basic grooming services like:
- Showers (using our Handmade natural pet shampoo)
- Nail cutting
- Ear cleaning
Cat Taxi
Upon booking this service, we can transport your cat on a two-way trip to and from our sanctuary. This way you can rest easy without as much stress. The service will be priced accordingly, like using Grab
